Not trying to make anyone feel bad here, but it's a real shame this podcast series had to come to an end. I consume a lot of different media from this political direction (and others) and I find this one the most entertaining and relevant, also the most professional and polished product. I always thought it manages to capture the zeitgeist more accurately than any of its similar podcast rivals. I have no idea on the popularity of it but I can only assume it wasn't worthwhile for Nick and Toby to continue running it from the income it was generating, maybe with more promotion it would have reached the audience it deserved.

Agree. This will leave a real hole and it’s a shame it’s ending.

Agree. Gutted. One of my weekly essential listens, so many laughs, I'll really miss this one. Hope that Toby gets into something else soon, his take on the weekly madness is always worth listening to.

The Weekly Sceptic was one of the highlights of the week and something to look forward to. Thanks for everything you’ve put into it Nick and Toby, it’ll be missed .

So gutted this has finished. Where will I go now to find a similar mix of news, opinion and humour that won't disappear into its own echo chamber? First London Calling and now this, and I have to say that Toby Young was the voice that kept these shows just the right side of sane. The Daily Sceptic seems a bit dull, Delingpole I can't listen to and, while I like Nick, he needs someone to balance his style. I felt this show hit the spot and will be difficult to replace. Thanks to Nick and Toby for all the entertaining and informative hours they gave us.

As one of those men who keeps the national infrastructure of the national broadband network running, just want to say that the Jordan Peterson impression always makes me cry with laughter. Don't ever stop that one, Nick!

My wife and I love the show and are very sad WS has come to an end. With the current regime's lunatic policies we really need something interesting and funny to keep us sane. Good luck chaps.

Very sad that the show is over but all good things come to an end I suppose. I watch or listen to a few podcasts and WS was my fave. Thanks both for all the effort you put into it.

Real shame - it was something to look forward to every week especially after London Calling stopped. I guess the writing was on the wall when it stopped being linked so much to the Daily Sceptic and Will's segment stopped, presumably because the backers of the DS had their new podcast in mind. Not sure what to listen to now!

Just came here to say how sad I am that this ended. I am a recent paying subscriber, but I don't think I'll be requesting a refund like you suggest, given I still had a few months of content and I really think it was worth it. Some great takes from both of you guys on current events and I always thought you had a great dynamic despite some disagreements. You nearly made it to 100 episodes! All the best for the future.
